Vous pouvez vous connecter ou saisir votre num\u00e9ro de r\u00e9servation et votre nom de famille dans la rubrique &#8220;Voir rapidement votre r\u00e9servation&#8221;. Ouvrez ensuite la r\u00e9servation que vous souhaitez annuler. Votre r\u00e9servation n&#8217;est pas encore r\u00e9pertori\u00e9e lorsque vous \u00eates connect\u00e9 ? Ajoutez-la d&#8217;abord. Dans l&#8217;application, vous pouvez le faire en cliquant sur la croix rouge en haut \u00e0 droite de l&#8217;\u00e9cran. Dans le navigateur, cliquez sur &#8220;Vous ne trouvez pas votre r\u00e9servation ?&#8221; en haut \u00e0 droite de l&#8217;\u00e9cran. Cliquez ensuite sur &#8220;Annuler la r\u00e9servation&#8221;. En cliquant sur ce bouton, la r\u00e9servation n&#8217;est pas annul\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement. Tout d&#8217;abord, vous verrez toujours le montant que vous devez payer pour les frais d&#8217;annulation. Ensuite, vous pouvez choisir d&#8217;annuler effectivement votre voyage.<\/p>\n<p>Vous avez pay\u00e9 un montant sup\u00e9rieur aux frais d&#8217;annulation ? Dans ce cas, le montant exc\u00e9dentaire sera rembours\u00e9 dans les dix jours ouvrables sur le num\u00e9ro de compte avec lequel vous nous avez pay\u00e9 le montant (partiel) du voyage. Vous avez pay\u00e9 moins que le montant total des frais d&#8217;annulation ? Dans ce cas, transf\u00e9rez-nous imm\u00e9diatement ce montant. Pour les r\u00e9servations consistant uniquement en un billet d&#8217;avion, veuillez contacter Corendon pour obtenir le remboursement de la taxe d&#8217;a\u00e9roport.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Je souhaite annuler partiellement mes vacances :<\/strong><br \/>\nVous souhaitez annuler une partie de votre r\u00e9servation, par exemple parce qu&#8217;un membre de votre groupe de voyage ne peut finalement pas vous accompagner ? Cette annulation est \u00e9galement payante.
